This project supports his Clear Air Act, supported and brought in action by his prestigious organization. This act focuses on keeping the pollution levels under stringent control.

Joe took keen interest in the project that dealt with the conversion of Nissan leaf into a posh limousine. This will be a great advancement towards the eco prophecy that Joe had followed all through his life. He has been taking an active part throughout the whole project and channelized all his energies towards this dream car. Several changes are being made to the design of the Nissan Leaf which includes stretching of the rear compartment by more than 48 inches to make the rear seating more comfortable, spacious and luxurious for the passengers, this will also increase the seating capacity considerably. His vast knowledge and experience in environmental science makes him a perfect candidate for the productive earth advocate.
